After this you are about to pay your tour/s. Our company onle accept Visa or Mastercard.Payments made to us will appear on your card statements as:

When finished, you get a booking confirmation and you can print out your tickets.

Later on we will contact you by mail to arrange the point of pick-up for the tour. Usually you have this mail the same day, in any case, as soon possible.

If you no have note in 3-4 days please contact with us with your reference number.

If you get no electronic Fahrtiket by mail means that has not completed the reservation or was not accepted . If this happen please contact us. Should of made ​​us what is rare, we canceled a trip inform you immediately . Of course, we offer then another Date or you will get 100% refund.

Children are with us between 3-11 years of age.

Babies 0-2 years go free but must sit on the lap of a parent.

Rabbatt are available for groups of 15 persons , in the event please contact us.

Cancellation fees and conditions

Charges and provision of services

I PUNKT TOURS SL only performs the service in the Balearic Islands. In the event that there are additional costs that have not been covered at the time of hiring the user will be informed immediately so they can decide whether to continue with the contracted service or withdraw.

Cancellation by I PUNKT TOURS SL:

The availability of services offered by I PUNKT TOURS SL may vary depending on the service. In case of incompletion because of unavailability, I PUNKT TOURS SL shall notify the customer at the time that it becomes aware of this situation, through an email. The period of this communication may not in any case exceed a maximum of 30 days, I PUNKT TOURS SL may offer the double option of:

Taking the excursion on other dates or 100% refund of the payment.

- Payment reimbursement

Reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided for.

I PUNKT TOURS SL shall pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation.

In the event that the user chooses the option of money back and I PUNKT TOURS SL does not make this payment in the noted period, the buyer may claim payment of twice the amount due, without prejudice to their right to be indemnified.

Cancellation by the customer or user:

The client will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day of conclusion of the contract without penalty and without giving any reason.

However, I PUNKT TOURS SL has the following cancellation policy:

  • If you notify the cancellation of the reservation 72 hours before departure you will be refunded 100% of the ticket price

  • If notified between 24-72 hours prior to departure 50% of the ticket price will be refunded

  • If notified 0-24 hours before departure none of the ticket price will be refunded

Exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be made by notification by

According to that established in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

If the customer requests the service provision to start during the withdrawal period, they remain obliged to pay the amount proportional to the part of the service provided at the moment when the withdrawal was notified, in connection with the subject of the contract.

- Payment reimbursement

Reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided for.

I PUNKT TOURS SL shall pay the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

In case of unreasonable delay by I PUNKT TOURS SL, regarding the repayment of the amounts paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of that amount.

Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
